Work, people and pay—made understandable
Kua Intelligence
Artificial intelligence in the DNA of Kua: a governed, role-aware layer that helps every permitted user understand, create, update and complete work across recruitment, HR documents and policies, onboarding, KPIs, appraisals, payroll, reports, money, offboarding and growth.

Intelligence in the product’s DNA
One intelligence layer. The full working context.
Kua Intelligence is embedded in the product area where the job already lives. It can answer, guide, create, prepare and propose updates while keeping every result connected to the right records, permissions, workflow and human decision.
Guidance for every role
Ask what something means, what is missing, what to do next or how to complete the work you are authorised to reach.
Recruitment & ATS
Create roles and hiring stages, review applications, coordinate interviews, prepare feedback and hand successful candidates into onboarding.
HR documents & policies
Draft contracts, letters, policies, templates, announcements and ordinary HR responses using company and country context.
Onboarding & offboarding
Build flows, tasks, owners, documents and communications, then guide the team through what remains.
KPIs, appraisals & feedback
Create and update KPIs, design appraisal cycles, summarise permitted evidence and prepare useful feedback and development actions.
Payroll
Prepare and review a draft run, explain changes and propose corrections—never approve or pay it.
Reports & analysis
Explore payroll cost, headcount, statutory totals and workforce movement with sources.
Money & contractors
Find claim, invoice, bill and dispute exceptions without moving money.
Growth & opportunities
Turn agreed performance and skills evidence into development actions and explain relevant opportunities without hidden decisions.
How it works
From a question to an approved outcome.
Kua Intelligence can understand, prepare and propose. Ordinary Kua permissions and human decisions remain in charge.
1 · Resolve the context
Identify the signed-in person, company context, role, feature permissions and current intelligence mode.
2 · Retrieve and protect
Retrieve only eligible records, redact protected fields and exclude Speak Up completely.
3 · Answer with evidence
Name an openable source for a factual answer—or say honestly that the evidence cannot be found.
4 · Create or prepare the work
Draft a document, policy, workflow, KPI update, appraisal, report, communication, payroll correction or other proposed action.
5 · Human review
Show the evidence, proposed difference and expected effect before a person decides.
6 · Governed completion
Apply the normal permission, maker–checker, approval and audit rules before anything takes effect.
Control
Useful because the boundaries are real.
Kua Intelligence is not a second administrator and never receives broader access than the person using it.
Sources, not confident guesses
Factual answers link to records the same person is authorised to open.
Three operating modes
Use on-Kua, a company-provided key or Kua-hosted intelligence according to the company’s configured mode.
Fresh consent
Changing the intelligence mode requires fresh company consent before the new data boundary is used.
No autonomous authority
Kua cannot hire, reject, publish a policy, finalise an appraisal, approve payroll, move money or make a governed change by itself.
Speak Up stays outside
Speak Up reports cannot enter retrieval, prompts, answers, summaries or proposals.
Every run is reviewable
Mode, requester, sources, proposal, decision and outcome are recorded for authorised review.
Connected by design
One product, clear boundaries.
Kua connects records and workflows without pretending every person, company or provider should see the same information.
